LAB #1. Old lens, new eyes: revisiting a love of photography

My dad gave me his old manual camera a few years ago. I remember thinking it was so beautiful when I looked at it as a kid. It has a dent from where he dropped it on the pyramid of Giza, the coolest story to hear as a kid who loved ancient Egypt. I wanted to go on adventures when I grew up and take photos of all the amazing places I'd go just like he did. Recently a friend gifted me their old camera, so now I have my dad's camera plus a cool vintage Canon, and it is the motivation I needed to start taking photos again! I ordered some 400iso 35mm film, so away we go....
